Cabin in the Mountains
OK, maybe a log cabin in the mountains is not your cup of tea (or coffee). However, we mostly build conventional CBS homes, with all the modern conveniences
(hot water to every faucet, prewired for phone/cable, lots of outlets, all grounded, high ceilings, big picture windows with bronzed aluminum frames and screens, ceramic tile floors and bathroom walls, walk-in closets, French doors, all custom built to your design.

We can work with you as a buyer's broker. How does that work? Very simply, we represent YOU, not the seller, and work to find the right property for you, whether it's listed with a Real Estate Company, or an ad in the paper, or a sign on a fencepost, or any other source. We are not tied to a limited source of property as seller's brokers are.
We will charge you per day a reasonable amount to cover the costs of driving around to find your property, then deduct that from a 5% fee we will charge at time of sale. Meanwhile, you will receive the benefit of our hard-earned expertise in Costa Rica Real Estate and living in the tropics in general. We assist you in all aspects of getting settled here: residency, driver's license, business licensing, finding schools and doctors, sources of building materials, attorneys, architects, builders, etc.
